Global: Fix format of the code 🎨 [CSS] 
I used Beautify (an extension for VSCode) this time. This extension
seems to have done the job well ngl. Still better than manually
correcting the tabs :/

Locales: Fix "default" string and separate it 
Whoops, "default" was also used in other places. Now I reverted it back
and added new "arbitrary_avatars"
