* General fixes to controls
Purpose: make input controls consistent with default OpenVK color scheme (which is grayscale)
Additional fixes:
- checkboxes are 15x14, not 14x14.
* Change tints to more UX-friendly
- checkboxes and radio buttons are blue when checked
- enables hover-checked state use in atlas
I used Beautify (an extension for VSCode) this time. This extension
seems to have done the job well ngl. Still better than manually
correcting the tabs :/
