Xmas theme will be applied from 15 December to 15 January

Themes supports xmas modifications too, just put your "xmas.css" file in the same folder as "styles.css" there

61008376a5 Again fixes for latin belarusian strings. 
I'd like to apologize. Looks like that it doesn't work properly without doing additional tasks in order to make other languages look like russian. (@time_at_sp, etc.)
