Removes [node-fetch](https://github.com/node-fetch/node-fetch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [node-fetch](https://github.com/node-fetch/node-fetch), [react](https://github.com/facebook/react/tree/HEAD/packages/react) and [react-dom](https://github.com/facebook/react/tree/HEAD/packages/react-dom). These dependencies need to be updated together.
