locales: tr: Convert strings to UNIX format
...
* This commit might not be required for editing on Windows but on
GNU distros, several text editors don't have a plugin to convert
from DOS format. To prevent this problem and make the locales
globally editable regardless of operating system, I have
converted the strings file to UNIX format.
* Also suppresses this note in GNU Nano;
(Converted from DOS format)
